Although officially established in 2026, the experience behind the agency has been built over years of working with
clients, investors, and projects that require more than standard brokerage services.
The agency is led by Simona Jack, a licensed real estate agent, who developed FINE LIVING PROPERTIES with a clear
goal: to provide clients with comprehensive support throughout every stage of investment — from acquisition, through
furnishing, to finding the right tenants and managing the property.
